Delivery Method 

Once your order has been placed, it must be validated by our order management department. This delay will take less than 48 hours, once this step is completed you will receive an order validation email to which a tracking number will be attached.

Our delivery options: GP and DHL

The delivery time will take 5-7 days (excluding Sunday and public holidays). Due to the current complications due to COVID-19, these delivery times can reach 20 to 30 working days.

Returns Method  

Certain circumstances are mandatory to allow a legitimate return and refund, here are the ones:

 

– In the event of receipt of damaged packages or damaged items.

If these conditions are respected, we will check the conformity of your request and will apply the procedure for a refund on your order.

The refund will be made to your original means of payment. Processing time can take 7-14 days visible in your bank account.
