How long does it take to receive my order?
Your order is shipped in 2 to 3 days. Our average delivery times are then 7 to 10 working days. In any case, if you do not receive your item within 60 days then we will refund you in full and you can keep the item when you receive it.

 

Where do we deliver and what are the delivery costs?

We deliver all over the world. Delivery costs are free from 100€ of purchases.

Our company is based in Benin. We ship our parcels by GP and DHL

What are the delivery times?

Items are delivered according to the terms of your local post office on working days from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.

 

What if no one is home?

Don't worry, our items, your package will be left at your post office where you can collect it.

 

I made a mistake, what should I do?

Don't worry, if your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us immediately and we'll be happy to update your information. Otherwise and in accordance with our general conditions of sale, once an order has been sent from our warehouse, no more changes can be made.

 

Is your site secure?

Currently, you can pay by MTN mobile money credit card or via Paypal on our site. We do not accept bank checks, transfers or payments on receipt.
